
张新晨,博士,南京工业大学副教授,建筑工程系副系主任,入选江苏省青年科技人才托举工程,江苏省“双创博士”,兼任江苏省振动工程学会土木结构振动控制与冲击防护专委会秘书长。主要从事工程结构服役安全评估与综合性能提升方面的研究与教学工作,包括工程结构多灾安全与韧性、绿色低碳与复合材料结构、基础设施智能运维及防减灾等。
主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、江苏省教育厅面上项目(A类)等;先后参与新加坡建筑发展署科研项目、陆路交通管理局“未来城市”项目、巴拿马第四运河防撞专题等国际科研项目。在ASCE Journal of Structural engineering、Engineering Structures、中国公路学报等领域权威期刊发表论文30余篇。
